This event will be a reservation only celebration of Black History Month from the days of slavery to the Civil Rights Moment.
$100/person or $175/couple by reservation only.
The menu will consist of:
AMUSE: Fu Fu Box with southern tomato gravy
SALAD: Fresh greens with Chow Chow
EMANCIPATION: Brown Creole Butter poached White Gulf Shrimp and Grits.
THE STRUGGLE: Morgan Brook Farm Beef Cheeks Suya (West African) paired with Humble Jollof Aracini.
FREEDOM: Lincoln Hill egg roll with black eyed peas, collards, MBF ground pork, farmers cheese and Pickled Red Onion.
TILL I'M GONE: Humble High Powered Fired Misty Knoll Chicken Breast, Cold Hollow cider brined with a honey jalapeño veloutte, and Diaspora Dust.
